We've created this page because we really, really want to make a difference!
The work of Church Urban Fund is essential in helping the homeless, the poor, and the most vulnerable in our society.
We want to raise money to help the Fund's important work by taking part in the sponsored Advent Sleepout Challenge 2015. This means that on Saturday 12th December, we will be sleeping rough in the porch of Ely Cathedral (and, yes these are the girls who NEVER EVER go camping!!).
Please give whatever you can - every little helps! - by using the 'Give Now' button. On the night of Saturday 12th of December, form 9pm until 8am on the Sunday morning, Ely Cathedral will be hosting a Sleep-out in the Galilee Porch, to raise money for the Church Urban Fund’s work with people who are homeless, isolated or suffering from domestic abuse and violence. Are you willing to join Alan Hargrave, Vicky Johnson and our fearless guard dog, Percy, for the night to highlight the plight of those who are not looking forward to a happy or easy Christmas and to raise money to help transform their lives?
